i am 18 and a severe migraine sufferer since i was little and they have only gotten worse. I had two worthless neurologists and find myself so depressed and crying over unbearable pain almost everyday. My family being clueless and my job being insensitive I really starting thinking that i was not going to make it. Until I stumbled across your page, that actually gave me hope. and i wanted to sincerely thank you and ask you if there is any readings you can suggest for me?
thanks,
sarah

I’m sorry that you’re suffering so much. My heart goes out to you. It’s so hard to be in so much pain when you’re young.
I know you must be frustrated with doctors, but maybe you could look for a neurologist who is a headache specialist. It took me three tries to find one who could help me. Having a health provider who truly understands headaches is invaluable.
There’s a great book that might be helpful — The Women’s Migraine Survival Guide, by Christina Peterson. You can probably check it out from your local library or Amazon has used copies for less than $5.
I hope this helps. Let me know if I can help with anything else. I wish you the best of luck finding a good treatment.
